Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 7cc7 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7cc7 platform, website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the 7cc7 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period during which you hold a 7cc7 account:

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. 7cc7 strictly prohibits the registration, access, or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. This age requirement is absolute and is not subject to any exception.
• 2You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Any registration that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information may be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• 3You must hold only one active 7cc7 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• 4You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily restricted your ability to gamble at the time of registration or at any point during account activity.
• 5You must use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for professional arbitrage, systematic exploitation of bonus offers, or any form of commercial gain beyond normal gameplay winnings is prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

Each registered user may hold exactly one 7cc7 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• 1You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number as your account identifier. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and, where applicable, transaction confirmation.

• 3You must notify 7cc7 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your credentials have been compromised. 7cc7 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to notify 7cc7 within a reasonable time.
• 4Accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. 7cc7 reserves the right to apply a dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, and to close accounts that remain dormant for an extended period. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
• 5Account sharing or the transfer of account credentials to any other person is strictly prohibited. Any transaction, wager, or action taken by a third party using your account credentials will be treated as having been taken by you and will be subject to these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 7cc7 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made by registered 7cc7 account holders:

• 1The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are processed instantly for bKash and Nagad transactions. Deposits via Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer may require additional processing time depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• 2Funds deposited into a 7cc7 account may only be withdrawn by the account holder to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the withdrawal verification process. 7cc7 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.
• 3The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within the same business day in the majority of cases. 7cc7 does not guarantee a specific processing time as payment provider network conditions may affect processing speed.
• 47cc7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending verification completion.
• 5All deposits and withdrawals must be funded from and returned to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Funding an account with funds sourced from third parties, or withdrawing to accounts held by third parties, is prohibited and may be treated as evidence of fraud.
• 67cc7 is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in payment processing that originate with the Player's payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank). Players experiencing payment issues should contact 7cc7 support, who will liaise with the relevant payment provider on the Player's behalf where possible.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 7 cc7 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered account holders. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general bonus terms:

• 1All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the bonus offer page or in the promotional communication. Standard wagering requirements on 7cc7 are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is permitted).
• 2Bonuses are valid for the period stated at the time of issue. Bonuses that are not activated and wagered within their validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• 3Welcome bonuses for new 7cc7 accounts are available to first-time depositing players only. A player may claim the welcome bonus once per account, once per household, and once per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including by registering multiple accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse and the accounts involved will be suspended.
• 47cc7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and activated by a Player in good faith.
• 5Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements, or used in combination with other bonuses unless the specific bonus offer explicitly permits stacking.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cc7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the Platform:

• 1Colluding with other players to exploit game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games, coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes, or sharing account access with another person for the purpose of collectively extracting value from the Platform.
• 2Using any software, script, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary manual users, including automated bet placement, card counting software interfacing with live dealer streams, or any tool that provides an unfair informational or speed advantage.
• 3Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any component of the 7cc7 Platform, including its games, random number generators, odds calculation systems, or payment processing infrastructure.
• 4Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through deposits, play activity, and withdrawals on the 7cc7 Platform. 7cc7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• 5Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment details in connection with a 7cc7 account. Any account found to be registered with false identity information will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Suspension and Termination

7cc7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) the Player is or has become ineligible to hold a 7cc7 account (including by virtue of having reached the age restriction threshold in reverse — i.e. a player who was of eligible age at registration but whose account was later found to have been registered with a false date of birth); (d) the Player's account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (e) 7cc7 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure and there is no outstanding breach, 7cc7 will process any remaining balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time following verification of the closure request.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

7cc7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players remain in control of their gambling activity. As part of this commitment, 7cc7 offers deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7cc7. Game content is provided under licence from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights in addition to 7cc7's own.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7cc7 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether scheduled or unscheduled; (d) any technical failure, error, bug, delay, or inaccuracy in the Platform's operation; or (e) any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7cc7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability as set out above, 7cc7's total aggregate liability to any one Player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 7cc7 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

7cc7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 7cc7 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms

7cc7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a proposed amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, 7cc7 will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders in advance — for example, by sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
